Chicken Tenders - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. boneless chicken breasts
1 egg
1 c. buttermilk
1 box Town House crackers
salt and pepper
Preparation

Cut chicken in pieces.
Crush up crackers in mixing bowl.
Mix egg and buttermilk together.
Salt and pepper chicken pieces and dip in egg and milk mixture.
Then coat with cracker crumbs.
Drop in hot vegetable oil until golden brown.
