Escalloped Corn And Oysters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. oysters
    2 (No. 2) cans creamed corn
    1/2 c. light cream
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    4 c. rolled cracker crumbs
    1 c. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Drain oysters; remove bits of shell.
    Chop coarsely and mix corn with cream, salt, pepper and Tabasco sauce.
    Prepare cracker crumbs; melt butter.
    Add the crumbs, corn and oysters in layers in a 2-quart casserole, having 3 layers of crumbs and 2 layers each of corn and oysters.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
