Granola - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. honey
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. flaked coconut (frozen or canned)
    1 c. nuts, chopped
    3 c. quick cooking rolled oats
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Melt the butter in a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
    Add honey and all remaining ingredients, mixing all together thoroughly.
    Spread evenly in pan and bake for about 30 minutes or until lightly browned and crispy.
    Keep an eye on the mixture during the baking, stirring occasionally to prevent burning.
    When cool, store in a tightly covered container.
    Serve as a cold cereal, snack or a yummy topping on ice cream.
