Country Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 7 medium potatoes, cooked, peeled and grated
1 stick butter, softened
1 can cream of chicken soup
3 Tbsp. onion, grated
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 pt. sour cream
salt and pepper to taste
bread crumbs
Preparation

Mix butter, soup, onion, cheese, sour cream and salt and pepper together.
In large baking dish, add liquid mixture to potatoes.
Top with bread crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0, uncovered, for 35 to 45 minutes.
It's done when sides get crispy.
