Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9 or 10-inch) unbaked pie shell
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
    1/3 c. sliced mushrooms
    4 eggs
    1/2 pt. half and half
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cook spinach as directed.
    Drain and stir in mushrooms.
    Mix eggs and half and half together; add half of the cheese.
    Stir in spinach and mushrooms.
    Pour into unbaked shell.
    Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake 45 minutes or until crust is brown and cheese is raised.
