Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. diced, cooked chicken breasts
    1/2 c. slivered or chopped almonds
    1 c. sliced water chestnuts
    1 c. sliced celery
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. crumbled canned French fried onion rings
    1 c. shredded mild cheese (Jack, Gouda, etc.)
Preparation
    Combine chicken, almonds, chestnuts, celery, seasonings, lemon juice and mayonnaise.
    Turn into a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Combine onion rings and cheese and sprinkle over chicken mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
