Chicken Kiev - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. softened butter
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. diced thyme
    1 tsp. chives
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In a small bowl with rubber scraper, thoroughly mix butter, parsley, thyme, garlic, salt and pepper.
    In foil, shape into 6-inch square.
    Freeze until firm, about 40 minutes.
