Holiday Pineapple Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. onion
    1/4 c. drained crushed pineapple
    2 tsp. seasoned salt
    2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Soften cream cheese.
    Add green pepper, onion, pineapple, seasoned salt and one cup chopped pecans; mix well.
    Shape into ball and roll in remaining pecans.
    Chill for several hours; serve with crackers or fresh vegetables.
    Keeps for a week or more in the refrigerator or one can be frozen.
