Virginia'S Chicken Gumbo Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Knox gelatine
    1 can Campbell's chicken gumbo soup
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1/4 c. diced bell pepper
    1/4 c. diced pimento
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Soften Knox gelatine in 1/4 cup cold water.
    Add 1/4 cup boiling water to dissolve.
    Mix mayonnaise with celery, pepper and pimento, then add all the other ingredients.
    Pour into salad mold.
    Chill.
