Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1 c. tomato soup
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 c. salad oil
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Slice and cook carrots.
    Mix sugar, mustard, soup, vinegar and oil.
    Add bell pepper and onion.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Pour over cooled carrots and mix lightly.
    Marinate overnight.
