Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium sweet potatoes
    1 c. sugar
    1 stick butter
    1 can crushed pineapple
    2 boxes raisins (1/2 c.)
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. chopped pecans
    1/2 pkg. marshmallows
Preparation
    Boil and crush sweet potatoes.
    Add sugar, crushed pineapple, raisins, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, melted butter and pecans.
    Bake in a Pyrex dish at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes until lightly golden brown. Cool on wire rack.
    Then add marshmallows on top and bake for 10 minutes.
