Chocolate Custard Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/3 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    2 c. evaporated skim milk
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    4 egg whites
    vegetable cooking spray
Preparation
    Combine cocoa and oil in small bowl; stir well and set aside. Combine sugar and next 4 ingredients in electric blender.
    Process at medium until smooth.
    With blender running, pour cocoa mix into blender; process until smooth.
    Pour into large bowl.
