Wackie Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
5 Tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. soda
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. vegetable oil
2 c. cold water

Preparation

Pour over dry ingredients and mix with fork until smooth. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
