Fudgy Oatmeal Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. oleo
1/2 c. peanut butter
2 1/2 c. quick oats
1 tsp. vanilla (if desired)

Preparation

Mix first 4 ingredients in heavy boiler.
Bring to a rolling boil and boil for 1 minute.
Remove from heat; add peanut butter, vanilla and oats.
Mix thoroughly and drop by teaspoons on waxed paper.
