Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) chicken, cooked and cut-up in small pieces
    1 c. fine chopped red apple, unpeeled
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped sweet pickle
    1/4 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    When chicken is cool and cut-up, add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Will keep in refrigerator several days.
    Makes a good sandwich or eat on lettuce leaf.
