Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. mashed, boiled or baked sweet potatoes or 2 large cans prepared yams
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick margarine, melted

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and place in flat baking dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and cover top with miniature marshmallows.
Return to oven and bake just long enough to melt marshmallows.
