Baby Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 egg yolks
    graham cracker crumbs
    3/4 c. sour cream
    2 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    3 egg whites
Preparation
    Butter 4 miniature pans (muffin pans).
    Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs in the pan.
    Shake pan to get them on bottom and sides.
    Mix cream cheese, 3/4 cup sugar and 3 egg yolks.
    Beat 3 egg whites stiff; fold into mixture.
    Fill pan almost full.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes; remove from oven and let cool.
    They will fall in the middle.
