Corn Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can creamed corn
    1 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 egg yolk
    salt (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto greased griddle or into frying pan with a little oil.
    Cook as you would pancakes.
    Serve with syrup.
