Banana Chip Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. butter or margarine
2/3 c. granulated sugar
2/3 c. brown sugar, packed
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. mashed bananas (2 medium)
2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chocolate chips
Preparation

Cream butter and both sugars together until thoroughly blended and fluffy.
Add egg and vanilla; beat well.
Stir in mashed bananas.
Stir together flour, baking powder and salt.
Add creamed mixture gradually, beat well.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Spread in greased and floured 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Cool; cut into bars and enjoy!
