Basic White Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. soup stock
4 Tbsp. cream
salt and pepper
Preparation

Heat butter.
Blend in flour until smooth.
Gradually add soup stock, stirring constantly.
Bring to boiling point.
Cook for 3 more minutes.
Add cream and seasoning.
