Clippership Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion (Vidalia is best)
    1 zucchini squash
    1 1/2 c. cooked twirled pasta
    1 qt. V-8 juice
    about 1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Steam chopped onion and sliced zucchini in 1/2 water until tender.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Add cooked pasta and V-8 juice; simmer for 5 minutes.
    Cover top with Parmesan cheese. Stir into soup.
