Venison Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 lb. venison steak
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 chopped onion
    1 c. beef bouillon
    1 c. chopped mushrooms
    3/4 tsp. mustard
    8 oz. carton sour cream
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tsp. butter
Preparation
    Brown meat in butter.
    Place in casserole dish.
    Add onion, salt and pepper.
    Heat bouillon in skillet until boiling.
    Pour over meat.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
