Spinach-Vegetable Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    1/2 c. reduced calorie mayonnaise
    1/2 c. chopped green onions
    1/2 c. chopped, fresh parsley
    1 Tbsp. dried whole dill weed
    10 oz. frozen spinach, thawed
    1/4 tsp. hot sauce
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in electric blender.
    Process at high speed for 1 to 2 minutes or until smooth.
    Chill mixture overnight.
    Serve with fresh vegetables.
    Yields 2 1/2 cups.
