Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium potatoes, cooked, peeled and cubed
3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1 small onion, chopped (or 6 green onions)
2 ribs celery, chopped fine
1/4 c. chopped pickle or sweet pickle relish
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. salt
pepper
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; toss lightly.
Chill until served.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
