Broccoli Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    2 c. half and half
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
    1 small jar Cheez Whiz
Preparation
    Saute onion in margarine. Blend in flour and let cook. Gradually add milk and half and half.
    Stir and cook until thick. Add bouillon cubes and cook until dissolved. Add salt and pepper. Add broccoli and Cheez Whiz. Cook on medium heat until cheese is dissolved. Serve immediately.
