Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. jar salmon, drained
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 egg, beaten lightly
    1/2 tsp. chopped parsley
    6 soda crackers, crushed
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. half and half
Preparation
    Mix egg, onion and salt.
    Add flour and beat until smooth. Add finely crushed crackers.
    Break up salmon with a fork, then add to mixture.
    Form into 4 patties.
    Sprinkle each side lightly with flour and fry in oil until browned, turning only once.
