Baked Fish Fillets In Mushroom-Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. fresh or frozen fish fillets
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
salt
paprika
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. sherry
Preparation

Cut fish into serving pieces and arrange in baking dish. Sprinkle lightly with salt.
Mix remaining ingredients except paprika.
Spread on fish.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Makes 3 servings.
