Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices cubed bread
    1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 lb. cooked sausage or ham
    6 to 7 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. sage
    1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Put bread in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Sprinkle on cheese.
    Add meat. Beat eggs.
    Add milk and spices to eggs.
    Mix and pour over. Drizzle melted butter.
    Add more cheese, salt and pepper. Refrigerate overnight.
    Cover loosely with foil.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
