Fruit And Juice Gelatin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. unflavored gelatin
2 c. unsweetened fruit juice
1 c. sliced fruit
Preparation

Mix together 1/4 cup juice and gelatin in a bowl.
Measure another 1/4 cup juice, boil it, then add hot juice to the mixture and stir until gelatin is dissolved.
Add remaining juice and stir.
Put in refrigerator to set.
After gelatin begins to set a little, add the sliced fruit and return gelatin to refrigerator until firm.
Makes 4 servings, only 96 calories per serving.
