Zucchini And Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 firm zucchini
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 clove garlic, minced
    12 cherry tomatoes
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Trim ends from zucchini.
    Quarter lengthwise; cut crosswise into 1/2 inch thick slices.
    Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.
    Add zucchini and garlic; saute until zucchini begins to brown.
    Add tomatoes and thyme; saute until tomatoes are warm, 2 to 4 minutes.
    Season to taste.
