Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    4 eggs
    1 3/4 c. white sugar
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 stick margarine, melted
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    7 oz. (1 1/3 c.) coconut
Preparation

    Pyrex round pie plates.\tPreheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix all ingredients together with mixer.\tPour into Pyrex dishes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 40 minutes.
