Guacamole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium sized avocados
1 or 2 chopped green chiles (canned, peeled green chiles)
2 Tbsp. lime juice
1 to 1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Buy avocados that are soft enough to mash, but not so soft that they have turned dark.
Mash well with a fork.
Add green chiles, removing the tiny seeds unless a hot, zesty flavor is desired.
Mix in the lime juice and salt to taste.
Amount will depend on the size of avocados.
Add chopped ripe tomatoes, crumbled beans and chopped onion.
