Old-Fashioned Applesauce Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. shortening
1/2 c. warm water
1 1/2 c. unsweetened applesauce
1 egg
1 c. sun dried raisins

Preparation

Grease and flour a Bundt pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes. Glaze top of cake with white icing.
