Brook'S Shrimp Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine or butter
    12 oz. spinach noodles
    2 lb. shrimp (medium size), peeled, not chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
    4 tsp. cooking sherry (optional)
    1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook noodles until tender and put into Pyrex dish.
    Saute shrimp in 1 stick butter or margarine until pink and pour them (plus butter) over noodles; spread evenly. Combine next 5 ingredients and spread over shrimp-noodle mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Remove from oven and spread cheese over top. Bake 5 more minutes or until cheese melts.
