Easy Casserole Bread(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 c. flour
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    1 1/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    cornmeal
Preparation
    In large mixer bowl, combine 1 cup flour and yeast.
    In saucepan, heat water and sugar until warm (120\u00b0).
    Add to dry mixture.
    Beat at low speed 30 seconds.
    Beat 3 minutes at high speed.
    By hand, or with dough hook, stir in enough remaining flour to make soft dough.
    Place into lightly greased bowl; turn once to grease surface.
    Cover; let rise until double (1 hour). Punch down.
    Cover and let rest 10 minutes.
