Holly Fried Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes, scrub and slice in chunks
    1/2 stick melted butter
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. plain flour
    1 Tbsp. fried chicken seasoning
    3/4 tsp. salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Mix last 5 ingredients in a plastic bag.
    Shake potatoes in mixture.
    Place on a cookie sheet and pour margarine over.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Cover with foil.
