Surprise Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
2/3 c. bread crumbs
1 egg
dash of salt, pepper, garlic and oregano
18 oz. Mozzarella cheese
1 small jar spaghetti sauce

Preparation

Mix beef, crumbs, egg and spices. Flatten thick on aluminum foil.
Spread cheese on this, saving 1/2 cup.
Peel meat up from foil with cheese inside.
Discard foil.
Place in baking dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
