Corn Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. cornbread mix
    1 can cream-style corn
    3 eggs, separated
    1 can tomatoes
    2 chopped onions
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Saute onions in oil.
    Add tomatoes and cook 5 minutes.
    Mix cornbread mix, corn, egg yolks and cheese.
    Add tomato-onion mixture. Fold in beaten egg whites.
    Pour into greased 9 x 12-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
