Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 or 6 potatoes
    1 large onion, chopped fine
    4 stalks celery, cut small
    1 carrot, cut small
    1 qt. milk (mix 1 can of evaporated milk with water to make 1 qt.)
    pinch of salt
    pinch of parsley
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 1/2 c. flour
    3 eggs
    dash of salt
    3 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Mix to a thick paste.
    Drop by teaspoon into boiling soup.
