Pork Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 pork chops
    1 c. rice
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 green pepper, diced
    2 ribs celery, diced
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Fry pork chops; save drippings.
    Dice cooked chops.
    Boil rice with onions, peppers and celery; drain, then brown lightly.
    Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, soy sauce and pork.
    Fry 4 to 8 minutes.
