No Knead Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    2 c. warm water
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    6 1/2 to 7 c. flour
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. shortening
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Add sugar, salt and half the flour.
    Beat thoroughly.
    Add beaten egg and shortening. Gradually add rest of the flour.
    Cover and put in refrigerator about 2 hours before using.
    Take out what is needed.
    Return rest to refrigerator and punch down everyday, even if none is used. Let rest 1/2 hour before baking.
    Bake 12 to 18 minutes in 400\u00b0 oven.
