Mini Cheese Cakes - cooking recipe

8 oz. cream cheese
1 egg
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
4 Tbsp. sugar
butter
Preparation

Moisten graham cracker crumbs and 4 tablespoons sugar with butter.
Mix together and place in bottom of small cupcake pan. Combine first four ingredients and beat until smooth.
Pour into cups over crumbs.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 350\u00b0.
