New England Veggies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen broccoli or fresh
    1/2 c. butter
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 (12 oz.) can Mexicali corn, drained
    1 (16 oz.) can French-style green beans, drained
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook broccoli and drain.
    Set aside.
    In a 2 quart casserole melt butter in microwave on High 30 to 60 seconds.
    Stir in cornstarch and microwave on High an additional 1 to 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until butter is slightly thickened.
    Add veggies, garlic salt and cheese.
    Heat on High in microwave 10 minutes, stirring twice.
    Serves 8.
