Muffins Mcmullen - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. savory sage sausage
green pepper to taste
onion to taste
1 tomato
black olive slices to taste
1 small can mushrooms
1 box English muffins (6)
1 pkg. sliced Swiss cheese

Preparation

Brown sausage with chopped green pepper and onion.
Drain grease.
Add olives, chopped tomato and mushrooms.
Keep warm. Place opened muffins on cookie sheet under broiler until crisp. Spoon mix onto muffins; cover with Swiss cheese and bake at 300\u00b0 until cheese melts.
Makes 12 muffins.
