Potato Crust Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen hash browns, thawed
    1 c. minced onion
    1 Tbsp. salt
    pepper
    2 eggs
    1/2 to 3/4 c. flour
    2 c. shredded cheese
    8 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper
    2 c. milk
    diced ham, cooked bacon or sausage
Preparation
    Mix first 6 ingredients together and press into a greased 9 x 13 pan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes until potato edges brown a little bit.
    Decrease oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix next 6 ingredients together.
    When crust is done, pour mixture on top and bake another 35 minutes or until set.
