Oven Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
    2 to 3 lb. potatoes, cut in chunks
    1/3 c. vegetable oil or olive oil
Preparation
    Preheat oven
    to
    450\u00b0.
    In a large plastic bag or bowl combine oil
    and
    soup mix.
    Add potatoes, peeled or unpeeled. Stir or shake
    in
    bag until evenly coated.
    Put potatoes in a shallow
    roasting
    pan.
    Bake,
    stirring
    occasionally, for 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
