Granny Denton'S Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 c. shortening
1 Tbsp. salt
2 pkg. dry yeast
2 well beaten eggs
6 c. flour
Preparation
-
Cover first three ingredients with boiling water and cool. When lukewarm, add remaining ingredients.
Mix well and let stand until doubled in bulk.
Work down and knead well and make into rolls.
Let rise again.
Cook at 400\u00b0 until brown as you like.
