Beet Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. beet juice
1/2 c. boiling water
2 c. chopped or shoestring beets
Preparation
-
Heat beet juice to boiling.
Add to boiling water, then to lemon jello.
Pour into mold and set.
Very attractive at Christmas.
