Mom'S Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1 c. warm water (105~ to 115~)
    1 c. lukewarm milk, scalded and cooled
    2/3 c. sugar
    2/3 c. butter or oleo
    2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    7 to 8 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water in large bowl.
    Stir in milk, sugar, butter, salt, eggs and 2 cups of the flour.
    Beat until smooth and then gradually add rest of flour until smooth and elastic.
    Cover; let rise 1 1/2 hours.
    Punch; let rise again. Divide dough in half.
    Roll out into 15 x 9-inch size.
    Spread with butter and sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
    Roll and cut.
    Put in greased pans.
    Repeat with other half of dough.
    Let rise again 40 minutes.
    Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Frost with powdered sugar frosting while warm.
