Parmesan Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 chicken breasts, boned and split
1 1/2 c. dark bread crumbs
1 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 lb. margarine (2 sticks), melted
paprika (sprinkled over top)
Preparation

Mix bread crumbs and cheese.
Beat together milk, eggs and salt.
Roll chicken in egg mixture and then in crumb mixture.
Put on greased sheet pan.
Put one generous tablespoon melted margarine on each breast half.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 40 minutes or until lightly browned.
Bottoms will brown more quickly.
Turn if necessary.
If large breasts are used, this will serve 10 to 12.
